Beach, Sunshine, Beach, Happiness and the Beach!!

We have officially been in beautiful Maui for One week now,time has just flown by. We are having a great time. I try not to think that in one week we will be back to reality. For right now we are on Island time and loving it!!









Our days are pretty simple. Wake up about 6am (we are still a tad bit on NC time I believe). Go to the beach just Mad and I. Some times I bring a camera and sometimes we leave it in the house..

We come back pack up and head to a bigger beach. We stay until Lunch time. (We are living the hard life as you can tell) :)

Love how she finds random big girls and thinks she is one...The big girls are very nice and include her. For that I am grateful...



My girl always finds a beat to dance too...The ocean waves have been her music of choice for the past week...







Chocolate muffins on the beach are the best...:)







After lunch we either head to the pool or my girl and I head out for some exploring and some Mommy and Me time.





Then it is back for dinner with the family...









As you can see the weather is perfect, the beach is perfect, family time is perfect. We are having a perfect vacation. I know that in a week we must return but for now we are perfect. :)

Aloha...I am back!

So it has been 2 months and 13 days since I have last updated. I apologize, a lot has happened in those two months. I will go back and update but the present is much more fun right now. :) Little Miss Priss and I are on a 2 week long vacation in beautiful Maui...We are visiting my dad and his family. We are having a wonderful time...Beautiful weather, beaches, sunsets and a beyond ecstatic 5 year old..who wouldn't have a great time?

This is somewhere over Utah...





Love how it went from snow covered mountains to flat in 2.2 seconds...



We Flew over the Grand Canyon....#32 on my bucket is to visit the Grand Canyon...Does this count??





After a 5 hour flight across the United States we had a 6 hour layover in L.A....LAX is very interesting to say the least...


A protest was going on by some of the workers...

And of course my child finds a Fire Truck. :)



A five hour flight was next, it brought the grand total of flight time plus layovers and time changes to almost 22 hours! It was all worth it with the first steps on the sand....

My normally cautious child decided that head first down the water slide is the way to go...





We have been here only 4 full days but I already have decided Maui Sunsets are the best..





In fact another sunset is calling my name...I will be back soon with many more pictures from our "Bestest Adventure Ever" as Madeline says...

Dance on the beach as if no one is watching.....
